By discretizing the site into minimal spatial units, the project transforms gradients of program, light, and circulation into a set of operative architectural logics that guide sectional organization and massing development. Pixelation operates here as a representational tool to translate urban conditions into architectural drivers, enabling the reorganization of space through gradients rather than fixed typologies.

Section functions as the primary organizational apparatus through which reading spaces, data storage, and public circulation are spatially coordinated. Rather than serving as a neutral container, the library is configured as a vertically operative public infrastructure, structured by movement, light, and layered interfaces.
